Why the STR Scoop you ask? Why in the world should I subscribe and listen to this guy Lloyd?!

Well great question, I sometimes wonder the same damn thing! LOL

Ok, for real now! You should subscribe because I’ve been in the short-term rental industry since 2012. Yes, before Airbnb was even popular and VRBO was King! I personally own 9 STRs and own/manage another 60-ish properties, for other owners! (Shameless plug for my management company, nestago) On top of that, I’m a real estate broker/investor and just know homes! (another personal plug Hause Associates Realty Services)

I’m also losing my hair, so that’s proof of all this real estate & property management stress, giving further validation! (or it could be my wife, 2 daughters, and our female dog, but who knows!)

Ok, so you figured out that I’m a smart ass, but I also have been doing this for a while. I have made mistakes, learned along the way, and ultimately have and am still going through the pains of running multiple real estate businesses.
